10.2.   NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.   We are a general audience site and do not direct any of Our Services, Site, or marketing to children under 13 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If We learn or have reason to suspect that a Site user is under age 13, We will promptly delete all Personal Information from that user’s account, consistent with applicable law. We take a number of steps to protect your data, but no security is guaranteed. Company takes reasonable steps to help protect and secure the information it collects and stores about users. Company does not retain Personal Information for longer than reasonably necessary in relation to the disclosed purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. 

Certain information, including backups, logs, and archived materials, may be retained for legal, compliance, security, backup, operational, or dispute-resolution purposes, and certain Customer Data may be retained for such periods as may be required by applicable law, contractual obligations, Company’s operational practices, backup and archival processes, audit and version-history requirements, security needs, dispute-resolution needs, or other legitimate business purposes where permitted or required by law, contract, or Company’s retention practices.
